I have visually searched the Calendar and did not find any 'Reminders'; is
it feasible to delete the Calendar files and reinstalls them?

Your advice is welcomed, regards David.

try this: export the calendar to excel. move the events in the calendar to a
new calendar folder, preferably in a new pst then close the pst - this is
for backup purposes. import the events from excel. This should fix the bad
reminder but will turn all recurring events into individual events.

I appreciate your advice; unfortunately, it has not stopped the problem.

Please suggest other corrective ideas and for this, thank you David.

For this, thank you David.
