Event Time Zone - Calendar

My computer settings are set at Eastern Time but when i put an appointment into the Calendar it shows as Central Time. How do I correct this?

Go to Entourage menu --> Preferences... --> General Preferences -->
Calendar and set your "Default time zone for new events" there.
