Event to use after Mouse Wheel movement causes data to change

I have a form that has a title of the present dataset the user is working on.
I want that title (subject's name) to change when a user triggers a Mouse
Wheel event. The only problem is that if I use the mouse wheel event it seems
to be triggered before Access step's to the next record. The question is what
event can I use after a Mouse Wheel movement by the user that will be at a
time when Access is pointing to the new record so I can update my title
properly?

The form's Current event fires when the current record's changed.
