Event View Error

Faulting application winword.exe, version 10.0.2627.0,
faulting module winword.exe, version 10.0.2627.0, fault
address 0x001980fb.
How can I resolve this error? We are running Windows NT V4
Svr Pk 6 Terminal Server, our workstations keep generating
this error yet all is working in the servers event log.

Hi Larry,

When providing an error the version of the application, the patches
installed, error message, and when the error occurs is helpful
information.

We have the error message, we can ascertain you are using Word 2002
unpatched.

But the details behind when the error occurs is missing. Does it occur
on opening a document? Printing? Starting Word?

Also, there are two patches available for Office XP. You might
consider obtaining and applying the patches.
