Event Viewer:Application

Was checking through the event logs on my server, and this entry is there
from the MS Project Server 2003. Does any one have any idea what this
means? The source is Active Server Pages

Error: The Template Persistent Cache initialization failed for Application
Pool 'MSPS2003AppPool' because of the following error: Could not create a
Disk Cache Sub-directory for the Application Pool. The data may have
additional error codes..
