Events 8206 and 8230 on Exchange 2003 SP1

Hello everyone

The application event log on our Exchange 2003 (SP1) is being flooded by
EXCDO events 8206 and 8230. The relevant articles about these events are all
about Exchange 2000, but nevertheless I've verified that
a) there is no virus scanning on drive M: (disabled by default on Exchange
2003)
b) the MSExchangeFBPublish key and subkeys exist and are correct.
....and these events are still appearing. People are complaining that some
calendar items mysteriously disappear from their calendars from time to time.

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Perhaps you should ask in the microsoft.public.exchange.admin group, rather
than a group about Outlook calendar usage?

Markus,

We are having the same problem.
Did you ever find a resolution?

Thanks,

Have you tried searcing in an Exchange news group? This is not one of them.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, SBasinger asked:

Yes I have.
Markus' situation fit my situation so I asked him if he had a resolution.
OK?
