Events Calendar

Hi,

I am a fairly basic user so please be gentle.

I would like to create a calendar of upcoming events that people across
my network can import but I would like it to automatically update if I
make changes to it. Is this possible? and if so, please elaborate.
(Ideally, it would become part of their existing calendar but it is
important that this is a task that they could all complete easily so if
separate calendars are necessary that is fine.)
