Events for BCM

Hey,

I am new to outlook programming. I working on a project in which I want
that
whenever I add a new business contact, I should me able to catch the Add
event & do something at that time with the current contact Item.
1. Is it possible to do something like that, by writing an Addin in C#
.net.
2. Can any of you recommend me a nice book, which can help with writing
OutLook Addins. That will be great.
