Events not running on other machine

Hi, I copied an access database to another machine, both machines are running
the windows 2000 and Office 2000, the only difference is one Office 2000 is
in PRC Chinese, the other is Taiwan Chinese.
On the target machine (Taiwan Chinese), some forms can run without problem,
some forms can not run any events, even empty event cannot run or debug.

I've check references, there is no "Missing". There seems no difference
between these forms, I cannot understand why some forms can run some cannot.

Anyone can help?
