Events/Notifications in Poject server 2003

HI,

I am working on a an assignment where I need to call a function when a
Task is updated in Project WebAccess .
I was wondering if we have any mechanisam to capture the Event raised
when certain action is performed in Project Web Access.

Can anybody provide any inputs for this?
