evergreen error 5002 when connecting Professional to Server

Project Server 2003 + SQL 2000 both installed on Win2003 server that is
primary domain controller.
PWA works - i can acces Project Server using either Administrator or domain
user account. All Project server accounts based on Windows authentification.
Great, I open Project 2003 Professional, login as Administrator and setup
Project Server account info (Menu-Services-Enterprise Parameters) based on
user domain account. Log out, then login using that new account. And eceive
5002 error. It doesn't mater windows or Project server account i use, also i
tried http://... and https:// as URL address - no luck.

My question is - can anybody clarify what accounts participate in the
connection between Project Pro and Server? May be AD and domain issues should
be take into acount?

Solved!
I had to check some IIS/Default Web/ProjectServer security settings: plain
password for authentication only
