Every e-mail I send says message not sent why?

I went on an interview and I want to sent a Thank you letter. I went to
Outlook e-mail messages and typed my letter but when I click send it keep
coming back message not sent. Please tell me what am I doing wrong. Should I
try another way?

If it comes back with a "non-delivery report", then you're probably using an
incorrect recipient address. What is the exact text of the bouce?

If you are getting an NDR (non-delivery report) e-mail then tell us what
it says. We can't guess at its content. If it is an error in the
progress dialog, are we supposed to guess what it says, too?
