Get these messages in the app log for my PS2003 server:

18456 : Login failed for user 'MSProjectServerUser'.

There are corresponding errors in the SQL logs. I have checked (using Proj
Svr EditSite "Test" button: all systems "Passed"). These are not apparently
fatal type errors, since I have seen no undue issues in PS or PSWeb.

Posting the same question with the same regularity that the error is
appearing in your event log does not get your question answered sooner. See
my reply in a previous post.
