I get these messages in the app log for my PS2003 server:

18456 : Login failed for user 'MSProjectServerUser'.

There are corresponding errors in the SQL logs. I have checked (using Proj Svr EditSite "Test" button: all systems "Passed").

Anyone able to help? I know this issue has been past this NG before.
