Every time I use Word in Office XP, I get an error message that i.

System: Windows XP, MS-Office XP

Every time I try to use Word a box opens up and says it must shut Word down.
IF I click on the "details" portion of that box what I see is: Error

I get a similar error message in Excel. This is driving me crazy as I am
unable to use my Office programs. Help?

The error message suggests that you may have a damaged printer driver. Try
deleting and reinstalling your printer in Start | Control Panel | Printers.
