Every time open word 2007 I get "Compile error in hidden module"

every time I open Word 2007 (vista) i get the two following messages"

1st message: (Under heading in blue area, Microsoft Office Word) the error
message reads:
The command cannot be performed because a dialog box is open. Click
OK, and then close open dialog boxes to continue.


So I click ok, and then get 2nd message: (Under heading in blue area,
Microsoft Visual Basic) the error reads:

Compile error in hidden
module: AZ WizardModul
