Everything is in German, how do I change it back to English?

How do I change the language of the program? All the titles and dropdowns
are in German and would like it in English. Can you change this? I have
tried the Microsoft Office Language Settings and it now says it's in English,
but it sure doesn't look like it.

This was asked yesterday;
The response was if the origonal installation cd is German, eg all the
office menu items are German then you need to purchase an English version
installation cd
