Hi -
Here's my problem ... everything works in Entourage but incoming
mail.
Here are the details:
I'm using Entourage 2008 v. 12.2.5
OS is Leopard (not Snow Leopard) 10.5.8
I work in an Exchange environment at a big corporation so I have no
support from our I/T dept. : (
Here is what happened:
I was prompted (on my PC) to change my corporate password. This is a
bi-monthly thing. So I did what I typically do: I shut down my Mac. I
changed the password on my PC. I waited a few minutes. I restarted my
Mac. I joined my company's wireless network using my new password. I
checked the password by opening Safari to see if the Internet worked.
It worked. I opened up Entourage. An entourage pop-up box prompted me
to change my password because the (old) password it had on file was
not correct. I changed to the new password. Then, I went into
Tools>Accounts and retyped the new password again, just in case.
Here's what I've done so far:
Rebooted.
Called I/T and changed my password a second time in hopes that
everything would work. Same problem.
Repaired disc permissions.
Posted on this forum. LOL
HELP!!! Thanks in advance!
