Everytime I open my word program;" File not found: DVZAddlin.dll"

I loaded a Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003, and every time I try
opening the Word program an error pops up; "File not found:DVZAddlin.dll"

This is coming from a DataViz add-in. Find the .dot file that DataViz has
installed in your Word or Office Startup folder and remove it.
