Everytime i open word it crashes without me doing anything!

When i open word it crashes and says word has encountered a problem and needs
to close. Then it says do you want to send an error report? I have done this
a million times and still no luck! I am running office XP and windows XP. I
have done all the things on this website that are mentioned and nothing has
helped! There is no prob with my normal.dot file and i have reinstalled it
and done the thing with the registry and nothing helps. I am not running
norton antivirus and my antivirus software is not the cause. HELP!

Unfortuantly i have already tried all these solutions and whilst they are
good solutions none of them worked. Please help!
