everytime i type the word "the"

everytime i type the word "the" a yellow box apears and
says to press enter to insert "the" then my family name.
how do i get this to stop.

You have "Auto-Text" turned for the particular word "the", so whenever you
type an instance of the word "the", that bolloon will appear over it.

Go to "Insert > Auto-text > Auto-text > Auto-text (Tab), under the "Enter
AutoText entries here:" scroll down the list and search for the Word "the"
and press delete, or search for Word that displays the yellow balloon when
you begin typing it.
