Hi,
I am using Project Server 2003 and have 8 projects with each having
2000 lines and a combined total of 200 resources. These 8 projects
are really one project overall with intentionally avoiding using
Master\Sub Projects in Project Professional due to size.
What is the best way to:
1) Setup a way in PWA to group the projects in Project Center. Does
Project 2003 have an out-of-the-box field for Program Level, or do I
need to setup an enterprise outline code to categorize for Project
Center?
2) What is the best way to do EVM at the Program Level? Right now, we
use a manual approach to rolling-up with Excel (extracting EV info
from 8 plans). Is there an automated way for PWA, and Project 2003
Professional?
