Title says it all. I've created a calendar in Outlook 2007 (SBS
2008/Exchange 2007). It's in a "favorite" Public Folder so that it's
reviewable by all logged in domain users and editable by two of us.
Making it a favorite Public Folder calendar is what made it available to to
users logging in over Outlook Web Access. However, on my Mac, none of the
category attributes for appointments/events are retained by the entries.
The curious thing is that the categories themselves DID make it to the Mac
when I created a personal calendar that I shared with other Outlook 2007
users.
Is this something I can fix?
Three other questions:
1. Is it better to post to microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage, or to
microsoft.public.office.mac.entourage
2. (also asked elsewhere) It's a piece of cake to duplicate event in
Entourage; I've not found a way to do this in Outlook. Is there one?
3. Much of what I need to get into Outlook (calendar and contacts) already
exists on my Mac in Entourage. Is there a way to selectively export calendar
and contact data by category, edit the export (perhaps in Excel), then
import the massaged data into Outlook?
Thanks so much,
