Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange We are having an annoying (to say the least) issue with calendar invites lately. We are running EWS + Exchange 2010.
A user can send a 2pm meeting invite out to another user and in the header of the invite, the When: information reads:
When: Tuesday, May 4, 2010 1:00pm - 1:30 US Eastern Standard Time (2pm locally)
The actual meeting appears correctly on the calendar, but users are getting confused by the header showing the wrong time.
We are in the Eastern Time Zone and using the following settings:
Computers: Detroit, EDT
Calendar: Eastern Time Zone (-4 GMT)
When we schedule a meeting for any day after DST ends, the problem goes away.
We just recently upgraded from Exchange 2003 (with some servers still running) and from Entourage 12.2.3.
