Exact Information for Re-Ordering CD Media

Hi folks, I've been seaching for too long for exact phone
numbers to call to order replacement media for office. I
just bought it yesterday and opened it up to find that
one of the discs has bubbles IN the plastic, therefore I
can't install. All of the responses to this sort of
problem in the last 30 posts have all been directed
towards http://support.microsoft.com/ but I want FREE
support and I can't give my product ID because I can't
install it to generate the product ID. Catch 22?

So please respond with the exact free phone number I can
call or don't respond at all

Faulty media? return it to supplier

The first option is to contact the store where you
purchased the software for a fast replacement if the
media is defective, most stores will exchange or refund
for bad media out of the box. another option is to
contact the Microsoft Product Order/replacement help desk
toll free at 1-800-360-7561 or Microsoft Office technical
support for troubleshooting at 425-454-2030 or 1-800-936-
5700.
