Exact word match in Outlook email rules

Is there a way of specifying an exact word match in the Outlook rules wizard;
i.e. much like you can in web searches.

So if I have a rule that says if the subject or body contains cycle move it
to a specific folder, how would I exclude emails that contain recycle yet
still ensure that emails with recycle and cycle get moved to the appropriate
folder?

Many thanks

Try adding the word with a space before and after it.
