Examples of Command Line Org Chart Wiz?

I have found the parameters for the "_Organizational Chart Wizard.exe"
program, but there are no examples! Does anyone know how to connect to an
ODBC datasource with the command line arguments? I've tried several
combinations, but I keep getting a "Cannot connect...." popup.
