Exceded Amount of Space

Receiving email from System Admin stating "exceded amount of space" you could
lose incoming email. Have deleted history of emails, but still receive
notice. Any suggestions? Could it be the auto archived files?

The message is coming from your Mail Server/ISP. Deleting in Outlook isn't
going to do any good, as the quota is in your mail provider account. Have
you logged into your web mail and deleted there?

What type of mail account? do you have the option set to 'keep a copy on the
server'?
