Excel 1997. Upgrade to Office 2007

I have a copy of both Word and Excel 1997 versions. I would like to know
what I need to do to upgrade to at least Office 2003 or later.

I have a copy of both Word and Excel 1997 versions. I would like to
know what I need to do to upgrade to at least Office 2003 or later.

You would need to purchase Office 2003 from a retail outlet.

If all you need to do is be able to read and write Office 2003 versions of
Excel and Word files, then just instal the supplemental converters for
Office 2003.
