Excel 2000 Drop Down Menus Disappeared

This is a strange one that I have never seen. My Excel 2000 drop down menus
(File, Edit, View, etc.) have disappeared. Not sure what would cause this,
but I obviously need to get them back. Any ideas on how this can be
accomplished?
