Excel 2000 Error

I am getting a "DLL file is obsolete" error message when
I try to launch Excel 2000 SR3 on a windows XP SP1 +
latest Security hotfixes.

I couldn't find any reference to this error messsage in
the Knowledgebase.

Please help.
