Excel 2000 file complier error in hidden module

I have an excel file with a fair amount of vba code that
runs on Office2000 and I've tried it four different
machines. It crashes with compiler in hidden module errors
though on Excel 2002. Is there a gernarl fix. If not could
someone please give me a clus as where to start looking
for a fix.
