Excel 2000 has caused an error in Excel.exe.

When trying to start Excel 2000, I get 'Excell has caused
an error in Excel.exe. Excel will now close.'

I've tried uninstalling Excel 2000 and reinstalling. NO
Luck.

I've tried uninstalling Office 2000 completely and
reinstalling. NO Luck.

I've checked to be sure Excel.exe is no longet on the
drive before reinstalling. It wasn't.

Excel was working fine until last Friday, then this error
appeared, now can't load..

System is a Celeron 700 plenty of room on the drive
3+GB. 96MB ram. On a wireless network(this one is
wired).
