Excel 2000 Print Preview Setup

Why doesn't the Print Titles and Print Area work in File
Print Selection Preview Setup but seems to word in Page
Setup????

I've been puzzling over why I couldn't repeat row
headings over two pages using File Print Selection
Preview Setup and I just discovered that it works in Page
Setup. Is this the only way it can be done???

The boxes where you enter this information provide the ability to select the
entries using the mouse (a range selection style box). You can't select in
Print Preview - so they are grayed out.

Ann-Marie,

Did you set up the the Print Area through the File menu?
and set up the page-setup for the print titles -sheet?

Both have to be set under the File Menu
