Excel 2000 unexpected problem error

I am getting an "Excel encountered a problem & must shut down" error. It is
an error that seems to be specific to a file and will reoccur each time I
open the file even after a reboot.

The error seems to be related to an application but the error details are
not specific.

Anyone getting a similar error?
