Excel 2000

OS W98(SE) 128 MB ram.Running MSOffice 2000. Above product
does not load causing cold/warm reboot. Other Office 2000
products ok. Previously ok for 18 months. Tried auto
repair;complete uninstall/reinstall, with A-V disabled.
All other 2000 ok, not Excel. Disk/File scans report no
probs. No viruses detected. Any suggestions gratefully
received.
