Excel 2002 Charting on a rolling basis

Excel 2002
I have created a Line graph to plot data over 52
weeks. The x axis is Weeks and the y axis is Hours. The
graph is a separate worksheet.I want to graph the data on
a rolling basis so that each time i enter data, the graph
only displays the current week and the previous 4 weeks,
so being on a rolling basis and the graph not being
cluttered.
