Excel 2002 Color Printing

Printing in black and white only when the workbook has colored background and colored letters and numbers. The "Print in black and white is not checked".

Lee there r so many places to look best if you give us an idea what printer.
You may have something in printer properties set wrong. It may not be Excel's
fault

Don't know if you have a draft mode and what it would do..

related but a different problem:
Colors are only missing on monitor, due to High Contrast Accessibility option.
