Excel 2002, Crashing and Marcos

Hi there,

Has anyone encountered the following issue. I have
designed a multiple worksheet file that contains several
marcos. It was designed initially on Ecxel 97 and worked
fine for a while when I upgraded to Excel 2002. All of a
sudden when I open the file on Excel 2002 I am prompted
as whether I wish to enable marcos, regardless of what I
select I immediately receive an error message and Excel
closes. Yet this same file works fine on Excel 97.

Today I downloaded an Excel file from the web and tried
to run it on Excel 2002 and the same this happened. I
have looked in the KB but to no avail. Any ideas would be
appreciated.
