EXCEL 2002 functions have disppeared

My tool bar disappeared and even when I work off og the
menu, many functions have disappeared. For example, paste
special is no longer displayed, ability to insert and
delete rows is no longer displayed on the menu.

I tried re-installing EXCEL 2002 but this didn't help.

Any ideas? Thanks

Go to TOOLS>CUSTOMIZE (assuming that is available) and check ALWAYS SHOW
FULL MENUS on the OPTIONS tab. Then switch to the TOOLBARS tab and selct
whatever toolbars you would like (defaults are STANDARD and FORMATTING)

NOTE: If you don't see CUSTOMIZE as an option, just click the letter "C"
when the TOOLS menu is open, or right-click the menu bar and choose
CUSTOMIZE from the list.
