Excel 2002 Move or Copy Sheet Error

I am trying to use Move Or Copy Sheet in Excel and every time I get "Excel
cannot complete this task with the available resources."
This is on a fully updated Win2k Pro machine SP4 1GB RAM, P4 2.4GHz etc.
I have 15GB of free space on my drive and teh file is on the local drive.
I can Move the sheet but if I check the Create Copy box it gives me this
error.
