Hallo!
I've a problem on a pc (Xp Sp2 with Office 2002 Sp3) which is connected on a
domain Sbs2000. The problem is that, whenever I try to open a document in
Excel or Word, it takes a long time! A new istance of Excel (or Word) appears
to run when I create or open an additional document in Excel or Word.
I've done those tries but the problem persists:
1) Procedures on Article ID 291313 by Microsoft Support
2) Check for spyware or virus
3) Logon at SBS domain on another pc, with the same feature, as the same
profile: the problem persist. If I try to logon as a different user, the
problem disappear.
4) Unistall and reinstall Office 2002 Sp3
I suppose this problem is connected at user profile
What can I do?
