Excel 2002: Text wrap has a maximum # of characters??

When I have a cell that has a lot of text in it, at a
certain point, the text just stops wrapping. I'm not
sure if this is based on # of characters, words, or
carriage returns. Has anyone else observed this
behavior? Is there any way to modify when this feature
occurs?

Excel specs state that a cell will hold 32,767 characters and show/print 1024.

This is not accurate. Please see the threads here for workarounds.......
