Excel 2003 - Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000006).

I use Excel all of the time. Suddenly, I'm getting the error messag
"Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000006). Click OK t
terminate." I don't understand why this is happening. I've delete
the most recent security updates in hopes that it would fix the proble
but it hasn't.

Please help
