Windows XP SP3 - Some Excel files, especially ones received via email and
then edited, often display a glitch when viewing them in Print Preview. The
bottom third of the page gets cut off, the data completely disappears and
goes blank. This may happen in only one tab in a multi-tab document, but most
often in all the tabs. The reason this is a major problem for me is that part
of my job is to prepare many documents for printing to Adobe Acrobat (to
convert them to PDFs) every day. It requires the time-consuming work of
copying/pasting all data onto a blank sheet and recreating all formatting
from scratch.
Is anyone else aware of this glitch, and is there a fix?
