Excel 2003 Error in Hidden Module MLauncher

Hi:
I recently started having problems with Excel 2003. When I open the program
I get a message:
Error in hidden module: MLauncher

I click OK and the program seems to run fine. However, I also get the
message everytime I exit the program. A bit annoying since I never had this
problem before.

Any help would be appreciated.
