Excel 2003 keeps closing , error is - faulting module hccutils.dll

When checking the event viewer for application errors, the following error
has been created - Faulting application excel.exe 11.0.8211.0, faulting
module hccutils.dll, version 6.14.10.4831, fault address 0x0000bb49.
The pc has not crashed and other applications still running ok. This is
happening quite a lot whilst doing various things on spreadsheet.
