Excel 2003 not finding text in hidden rows

Excel 2003 is not finding text in hidden rows in some
cases while it is finding the hidden text in other cases.
It appears as though it finds hidden text immediately after
I open a spreadsheet with hidden rows, but after I unhide
rows and then hide them again it can no longer find text
in any hidden rows.
