Excel 2003 sp3 File Error:Data may have been lost

HI,

a user report that the excel pop up a error message "File Error:Dat
may have been lost" when they open a excel file after install sp3, the
claim it doesnt happen on office 2003 sp2, i already searc
microsoft.com, but seem doesnt any document can help me, could anyon
know why it appear? Th
