Excel 2003 template

I am looking for a template for Excel 2003 to sort individual activity
interests in a church/club/nursing home setting, where there is a column for
name, then multiple columns with check boxes for each activity. I would then
want to drill down to lists by activity to give to individual activity
coordinators. Suggested downloads? Thanks!

You aren't going to find a template that is this specific. However, it
sounds like all you need to do create a new workbook and add your content.
For 'drilling down' take a look at Data/Filter/AutoFilter. Also, for your
check boxes you'd need to use something like Yes/No instead. If you want to
make sure choices are limited to Yes/No then take a look at Data/Validation.
You can even use Validation to create a list of choices to populate the
data.
